All monies are distributed to individuals or groups in need within their communities.

Youth Sports
Youth Sports is a donation program for amateur youth sports programs made up of kids
18 years old and under. One requirement is that you include the Kwik Trip/Kwik Star
logo on your team uniform. If you are interested in having a Kwik Trip/Kwik Star
team in your community, fax the

Kwik Trip, Inc. Contribution/Donation/Sponsorship
In order to make informed decisions on contributions and donations, we ask that your
organization complete the Kwik Trip, Inc.
Contribution/Donation/Sponsorship request form
in its entirety. Please, fax the form to (608) 793-6311, or return this form to the
store you are requesting it from or, if the fundraiser/event will affect a geographic
area in which 15 or more Kwik Trip/Kwik Star stores are located, mail the Kwik Trip, Inc.

Requests are reviewed the first week of every month and only approved applicants
will be notified by mail.
