KWIK TRIP AROUND THE BASES- Twins 2023 SWEEPSTAKES (THE “SWEEPSTAKES”) IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. RESIDING IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA (“MN”) THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD (DEFINED BELOW) AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. THE SWEEPSTAKES STARTS MARCH 13, 2023 AT 10:00:00 A.M. CENTRAL TIME (“CT”) AND ENDS OCTOBER 1, 2023 AT 11:59:59 P.M. CT (THE “SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD”); HOWEVER, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO END THE SWEEPSTAKES AT ANY TIME. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR ANY OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Kwik Trip, Inc., 1626 Oak St, La Crosse, WI 54602 (the “Sponsor” or “Kwik Trip”).
CONDUCT:
This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the following website throughout the Sweepstakes Period: http://www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES OR WIN A PRIZE. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants: (i) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (ii) must be a legal resident of MN and (iii) and must not be considered a minor or legally incompetent in their state of residence. The Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law, rule or regulation. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, and directors (including
immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses,
regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor and Minnesota Twins, LLC (the “Minnesota Twins”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, licensees, agencies, and affiliates (whether related or not) of such individuals of Sponsor or Minnesota Twins and any and all companies involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prizes. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter the Sweepstakes in one (1) of the following three (3) ways: by making a qualifying purchase using your registered Kwik Rewards account (“Entry Method 1”), by spending Kwik Rewards Points on Sweepstakes entries within a registered Kwik Rewards account (“Entry Method 2”) or by completing a mail-in entry form (no purchase necessary) (“Entry Method 3”), as each is described in more detail below. No other method of entry will be accepted. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In addition, all entries shall only be considered for the Around the Bases – Twins 2023 Sweepstakes and shall not be acknowledged. Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Any entries that do not comply with these Official Rules will be
void.
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- Entry Method 1: Make a Qualified Purchase at a Kwik Trip, Inc. location: During the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a “Qualified Product” (defined below) in the time period as described below at a Kwik Trip, Inc.-owned store location in MN using a registered Kwik Rewards account (a “Qualified Purchase”), and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per eligible item purchased.
- From March 13, 2023 – April 30, 2023, purchase any Factory Motorsports
product;
- From May 1-31, 2023, purchase any Oreo product;
- From June 1-30, 2023, purchase any Hershey product;
- From July 1-31, 2023, purchase any Planters product;
- From August 1-31, 2023, purchase any Giant Sunflower Seeds product; or
- From September 1- October 1, 2023, purchase any Wenzel product.
Each eligible item listed above is a “Qualified Product” during the above indicated
dates. All Qualified Products may not be available at all participating Kwik Trip store
locations.
There are three (3) ways to apply your Kwik Rewards account to the purchase: (i) swiping a registered Kwik Rewards Card, (ii) scanning your Kwik Rewards in-app barcode, or (iii) entering an alternate ID (phone number) connected to your registered account) on a pin pad. Entry amounts are subject to the limits described in these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Opt-Out: If you are otherwise eligible for the Sweepstakes and wish to make a Qualified Purchase using your registered Kwik Rewards account without being entered into the Sweepstakes, you may send an email requesting such to kwikrewards@kwiktrip.com. Your request must include your full name and 16-digit Kwik Rewards number or email address associated with your Kwik Rewards account. Your Opt-Out request will be applied to the drawing(s) after receipt. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be processed.
- Entry Method 2: Kwik Rewards Points: Spend Kwik Rewards Points on Sweepstakes entries with a registered Kwik Rewards account. During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to your Kwik Rewards account via www.kwikrewards.com or the Kwik Rewards mobile app on iOS or Android, navigate to the “Sweepstakes” section and follow the on‑screen prompts to spend a given number of eligible points on entries into the Sweepstakes. Kwik Rewards Base, Plus and Legacy members will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Kwik Rewards Visits spent. Kwik Rewards Fleet members will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per ten (10) Rewards Fleet Points spent (as per the listed number of “Entries to Spend” in your Fleet account). Any points spent on Sweepstakes entries will be forfeited and not returned. Entry amounts are subject to the limit below.
- Entry Method 3: Free Mail‑In: To enter without purchase or redemption of Kwik Rewards Points, hand print your full name, street address, (no P.O. Boxes), day/evening/cellular phone number (if any), personal email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Kwik Trip Around the Bases- Twins 2023 – Sweeps Entry,” Marketing, 1626 Oak Street P.O. Box 1477, La Crosse, WI 54602. You will receive ten (10) entries into the Sweepstakes for each stamped envelope sent via USPS or other shipping method containing a properly completed mail-in entry. All mail‑in entries must be handwritten, postmarked by September 28, 2023, and received by the Sponsor by October 1, 2023 at the address above, in order to be eligible. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Incomplete and/or inaccurate mail-in entries are void. Personal information collected from mail-in entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at https://www.kwiktrip.com/privacy-terms.
Kwik Rewards Account Program: Entry Method 1 and Entry Method 2 are is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, official Kwik Rewards Program Terms and Conditions accessible at https://www.kwiktrip.com/privacy-terms including but not limited to account status and set up and earning visits. To participate in the Sweepstakes using Entry Method 1 or Entry Method 2, you must have a registered Kwik Rewards account. If you are a potential Winner, you will be contacted via email or phone based on the contact information associated with your Kwik Rewards account. In the case of a Kwik Rewards Plus Debit or Credit account, the official primary account holder may be contacted, if possible, and listed as the potential Winner regardless of the cardholder participating in any entry methods. If you do not yet have a Kwik Rewards Card, visit any Kwik Trip, Inc. location for a free Kwik Rewards Card. If you have not yet registered your Kwik Rewards Card, visit www.kwikrewards.com to complete registration and activate your card. You do not need a Kwik Rewards Card or account to enter the Sweepstakes via Entry Method 3.
Limit: There is no limit to Sweepstakes entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period; any combination of entry methods described above will be accepted. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Kwik Rewards Card. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address or the natural person assigned a Kwik Rewards Card by Kwik Trip, Inc. or its agent. A potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Entrant agrees that Sponsor may use or disclose their entry in whole or in part, commercially or noncommercially, in any media, in perpetuity, worldwide, including the right to publish and display the entry for advertising and publicity, and to edit and make derivative works, all without additional notification, review, approval or compensation to anyone, including entrant. Additionally, entrant agrees that Kwik Trip may post the entry (including your name), or any portion thereof, on the Kwik Trip Website and/or its webpages on third-party sites, and/or use in any media.
All entrants consent to Sponsor’s right to contact the entrant after entrant’s entry into the Sweepstakes for purposes of Prize ( as defined below ) notification or other correspondence relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may contact an entrant by means of any correspondence or communication, including emailing, telephone calls, or text messages. By submitting an entry into the Sweepstakes, the entrant is consenting to use of their personal information as set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at https://www.kwiktrip.com/privacy-terms.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD; DRAWING DATES:
Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period in its sole discretion.
Sweepstakes entry method systems will be the official timekeeping devices.
During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will hold fifteen (15) separate drawings at the end of
each Entry Period (each such instance, a “Drawing Date”) to assign Around the Bases
contestants (each, a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) to each of one-hundred and
sixty-two Cash Games (defined below). Drawing Dates and the corresponding assignment of
Winners to Cash Games are set forth in the table below:

PRIZES:
A total of one hundred sixty-two (162) Prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes, one per Cash Game (as defined below). Each Winner will win the opportunity to be the Around the Bases contestant who will receive the chance to win cash if a Triple Event (as defined below) occurs during the applicable designated Cash Game (as defined below) assigned to the Winner, in the amount of the applicable designated Cash Game’s jackpot cash dollar amount (each, a “Cash Prize”). The designated Cash Game, together with a chance to win a Cash Prize, if any, are collectively, a “Prize.” The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize ranges from $0.00-$16,200.00 depending on whether a Triple Event occurs in a designated Cash Game. The exact number of Cash Prizes awarded will be dependent on the number of Triple Events.
Triple Event: A Triple Event occurs the first time a Minnesota Twins player hits a Triple during a designated Cash Game (a “Triple Event”). A Triple Event shall mean a Major League Baseball-officially recorded Triple, as defined by Major League Baseball, hit by a Minnesota Twins player.
Cash Game: Approximately one hundred sixty-two (162) regular season games of the Minnesota Twins are designated as Cash Games for the Sweepstakes Period (each a “Cash Game”), subject to Cash Games being cancelled and not rescheduled pursuant to Major League Baseball rules or directives. Cash Games considered eligible for this Sweepstakes are listed in the table under the section titled “Sweepstakes Period; Drawing Dates”.
Each Winner will be assigned a specific Cash Game on the applicable Drawing Date. Cash Prize awarding will be conducted as follows:
- The value of the Cash Prize is set to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the first Cash Game of the Sweepstakes Period and for each designated Cash Game first played after a Triple Event occurs. The Cash Prize will have a maximum value of Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars $16,200.00. If a Cash Game is cancelled or changes for any reason, that Cash Game will be considered ineligible, and no cash will be added to the jackpot or awarded for such cancelled Cash Game date. If a Cash Game is rescheduled, the Winner originally assigned to that game may be reassigned to the rescheduled game at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- If a Triple Event does not occur during the first designated Cash Game of the Sweepstakes Period or at the designated Cash Game first played after a Triple Event occurs, then the value of the Cash Prize carries forward and will be increased by One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the subsequent designated Cash Game.
- If a Triple Event occurs in the designated Cash Game, the Winner assigned to that Cash Game will be awarded a Cash Prize that will equal the cash amount in the jackpot at the start of the designated Cash Game, as determined in accordance with these Official Rules. No more than one (1) Cash Prize will be awarded during any Cash Game regardless of the number of Triple Events that occur during such designated Cash Game.
- If, in a Cash Game, no Triple Event occurs, the Winner assigned to that Cash Game will not receive a Cash Prize and any cash in the jackpot at the start of that Cash Game will remain in the jackpot for the subsequent designated Cash Game.
- Winner does not need to be present at the Winner’s assigned Cash Game at which the Triple Event occurs to be eligible to receive the Triple Prize.
Prize Conditions:
The Prize is nontransferable, nonnegotiable, and nondivisible, unless otherwise stated in writing or agreed to in writing by the Sponsor. Each Winner’s personal information related to any Sweepstakes entry, including, but not limited to, first and last names, full mailing address, phone number, and/or email address, may be shared with other companies involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes for the purpose of Prize awarding and delivery. Prize distribution and delivery will be coordinated by Sponsor and will be sent to the respective Winners’ home addresses at no cost to the Winners.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Prize being offered.
ODDS:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor as of the applicable Drawing Date.
RANDOM DRAWINGS:
Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. All eligible entries received during each Entry Period will be gathered into a database prior to each Drawing Date. On or about each Drawing Date, the applicable number of potential Winners identified in the table under the section titled “Sweepstakes Period; Drawing Dates” will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor at the time of such drawing. One (1) potential Winner will be selected per Cash Game listed in the table under the section titled “Sweepstakes Period; Drawing Dates”. Winners will be drawn and assigned Cash Games in chronological order. Entrants may only be designated as a Winner once during the Sweepstakes Period; if an entrant is included in an Entry Period drawing and is not selected in a drawing or declines the Prize for any reason from that particular drawing but otherwise meets all eligibility requirements of these Official Rules, then any eligible entries received from that entrant will be placed back into the random drawing pool for the next applicable Drawing Date.
WINNER ASSIGNMENT AND NOTIFICATION:
Winner assignments for each Cash Game will be posted at www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakes following each applicable Drawing Date.
Should a Winner’s assigned Cash Game result in a Triple Event, that Winner will be notified via email or phone call (or by mail if required by law) by Sponsor and/or a third-party fulfillment company and required to respond with any requested documentation which may include but is not limited to an affidavit acknowledging the Winner’s eligibility, proof of a valid driver’s license or state issued ID, IRS W-9 form, and publicity release (“Sweepstakes Documents”) within three(3) business day from the time award notification was sent unless otherwise indicated by Sponsor. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring the Winners list at www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakes and for further Prize notification or other communications related to this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor, Minnesota Twins their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees and agents, and the advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies of each (the “Sweepstakes Entities”) shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner assigned to a Cash Game in which a Triple Event occurs cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize and provide any requested Sweepstakes Documents within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent (or seven (7) days in the case of a mail notification), the Prize will be forfeited, no alternate winners will be selected, and the Cash Prize will remain unawarded.
If a Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that Winner will be disqualified. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND INCOME TAXES ON PRIZES AND EXPENSES RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZES NOT SPECIFIED ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS:
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on‑line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of Prize constitute permission to use Winner’s name, Prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. Except as expressly stated in these Official Rules, no substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the Prize is allowed, but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the advertised Prize a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
NO LIABILITY:
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor. Winners release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the Prize offered. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize.

CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in La Crosse County, State of Wisconsin.
