TIMING:
The Promotion begins July 11, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 18th, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten or alter the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion. The Promotion’s official time-keeping devices are the Sponsor’s servers.
CONDUCT:
This Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects. The Official Rules will be posted on the following website throughout the Promotion Period: http://www.kwiktrip.com/sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the website; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To participate in the Promotion, entrants: (i) must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (ii) must be a legal resident of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois or Michigan, (iii) must not be considered a minor or legally incompetent in your state of residence, (iv) and must be a registered Kwik Rewards member. The Promotion is void in New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, their respective subsidiaries, licensees, and agencies and those of any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Promotion are eligible to participate in the Instant Win Game but are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER:
You must be a Kwik Rewards member to participate. Kwik Rewards accounts are free; accounts and the Promotion are subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, official Kwik Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at https://www.kwiktrip.com/privacy-terms.
Enter in your Kwik Rewards Account: During the Promotion Period, log in to your Kwik Rewards account at www.kwikrewards.com or on the Kwik Rewards mobile app (using the latest possible app version on an iOS or Android mobile phone) and follow the on-screen instructions to navigate to and play the interactive Pull Tab ticket Instant Win Game. Instant Win Game outcomes will be displayed upon an attempted or successful game play; entrant will receive further instruction for receiving and/or redeeming potential winnings immediately. You will also receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per Instant Win Game play.
Limit: Entrant may play the Instant Win Game, and as a result, will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry once per day during the Promotion Period.
Receive bonus Instant Win Game plays via the following methods:
Make an Item-Level Qualified Purchase: During the Promotion Period, purchase a “Qualified Product” (defined below) at a Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, Tobacco Outlet Plus, Tobacco Outlet Plus Grocery, or Stop-N-Go store location and apply your registered Kwik Rewards account. Purchase 20 oz Mtn Dew soda products (i.e. Mtn Dew, Diet Mtn Dew, Code Red…), Mtn Dew Energy 16oz Beverages (i.e Cherry Lime, Pomegranate Blue Burst, Orange Breeze…), Bubblr (Twisted elix’r, Triple Berry breez’r, Lemon Lime twist’r…),Muscle Milk/Pro 40 (Chocolate, Vanilla…) Evolve ( Double Chocolate, Vanilla Bean….) where available (each item, a “Qualified Product”). All Qualified Products may not be available at all participating store locations. There are generally three (3) ways to apply your Kwik Rewards account to the purchase: (i) swipe your registered Kwik Rewards card, (ii) scan your Kwik Rewards in-app barcode, or (iii) enter the alternate ID (phone number) connected to your registered account on a pin pad. You will receive one (1) bonus Pull Tab ticket for an Instant Win Game play per Qualified Product purchased up to (10) per day.
Exchange your Visits or Kwik Rewards Fleet Points: During the Promotion Period, log in to your Kwik Rewards account at www.kwikrewards.com or on the Kwik Rewards mobile app (latest available version on an iOS or Android mobile phone), and follow the on-screen instructions within the Pull Tab Game screens to exchange your Kwik Rewards visit points or Kwik Rewards Fleet points for bonus Pull Tab tickets. You will receive one (1) bonus Pull Tab ticket per one (1) visit exchanged and/or per ten (10) Kwik Rewards Fleet points exchanged. Each bonus Pull Tab ticket is valid for one (1) Instant Win Game play. You may exchange visits or Kwik Rewards Fleet points for up to ten (10) bonus Pull Tab tickets per day of the Promotion Period. Visits and Kwik Rewards Fleet points exchanged on bonus Pull Tab tickets will be deducted from your account balance(s) and not returned.
Receive bonus Instant Win Game plays without Qualified Purchase or Exchange of Visits or Kwik Rewards Fleet Points: During the Promotion Period, visit kwiktrip.com/game-alternate-means-of-entry and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online form including your name, address, phone number, email address connected to your registered Kwik Rewards account, and your registered 16-digit Kwik Rewards number. You will receive one (1) bonus Pull Tab ticket for an Instant Win Game play automatically added to your Kwik Rewards account per online form submission.
Follow the Instant Win Game instructions in your Kwik Rewards account to view Instant Win results. All bonus Pull Tab tickets earned via any method will be automatically added to your Kwik Rewards account until their use or until they expire the following day at 11:59 p.m. CT, whichever comes first. Entrants must use bonus Pull Tab tickets for Instant Win Game plays before their expiration, or they will be forfeited. Last day to add a bonus ticket is 9/17/22.
Limit: You may receive up to twenty (20) bonus Pull Tab tickets per day by any combination of the methods above.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Unless otherwise specified, all entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period.
Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Kwik Rewards account. Each entry will be attributed to the authorized account holder of that Kwik Rewards account; for Kwik Rewards Plus Debit and Credit cardholders, where Kwik Rewards accounts and balances are shared, all Instant Win Game plays and Sweepstakes entries of the Promotion will be attributed to the primary account holder of the Plus payment account regardless of the Kwik Rewards account/login submitting the entry. The primary account holder may designate plays and use of prizes to any authorized user on the account who also has a registered Kwik Rewards profile.
Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Instant Win Game plays and/or entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s Sweepstakes Entries, and that entrant will be disqualified at the discretion of the Sponsor. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Instant Win game play or Sweepstakes entry, the email address connected to the participating Kwik Rewards account will be deemed to be the entrant/participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address or the natural person assigned a Kwik Rewards account by Kwik Trip, Inc. or its agent. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Entrants agree that the Sponsor may use or disclose his or her entry or participation in whole or in part, commercially or noncommercially, in any media, in perpetuity, worldwide, including the right to publish and display the entry or game play for advertising and publicity, and to edit and make derivative works, all without additional notification, review, approval or compensation to anyone, including entrant. Additionally, entrants agree that Kwik Trip may post the entry (including your name), or any portion thereof, on its website (www.kwiktrip.com) and/or its webpages on third-party sites, and/or use in any media.
All entrants consent to Sponsor’s right to contact the entrant after entrant’s entry into the Sweepstakes or Instant Win Game play for purposes of Prize notification or other correspondence relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor may contact an entrant by means of any correspondence or communication, including emailing, telephone calls, or text messages. By submitting an entry into the Promotion, the entrant is consenting to use of his or her personal information as set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.kwiktrip.com/privacy-terms.
Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding in all respects relating both the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes of the Promotion including selection of all potential winners. Participants of the Promotion are considered entrants; however, entrants are not automatically potential winners of any prize even if it is so indicated via the Instant Win Game or Sweepstakes. Rather, entrants are subject to Sponsor’s review and verification procedures; entrants will not be considered potential winners unless and until that verification is complete and Sponsor has provided notification of such. Sponsor will not accept potential winner prize claims of any kind including but not limited to screenshots or other electronic communications in lieu of its verification process. Any Instant Win Game play or Sweepstakes entry that occurs after system failure of any kind for any reason will be deemed defective and void; void plays and entries will not be honored.
PRIZES:
Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) grand prize: 2022 Winnebago Revel (MSRP: $208,914). All details, colors, and features will be determined by Sponsor. Winner will be required to pick up the prize at a Kwik Trip location in the state the prize is won as determined by Sponsor and must make arrangements to do so within 4 weeks of prize confirmation. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of licensure and insurance at the time of vehicle pickup and acceptance. Approximate Retail Value of the grand prize when awarded will be approximately $208,914. Grand Prize will be awarded with a minimum of 4,250 Miles. Winner will be responsible for all taxes and fees not listed here including title, license, registration, auto insurance, dealer’s fees, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. An alternate prize of $25,000 is available in lieu of the vehicle prize. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the value of this prize and will be responsible for taxes associated with prize acceptance.
Instant Win Game Prizes: Three (3) types of prizes: coupons, bonus visits or Kwik Rewards Fleet points, or additional Sweepstakes entries. All prizes are described below.

Additional Sweepstakes Entries
For all Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes prizes, prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Winners acknowledge the Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the Prize being offered, except that the Prize shall be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty (if any).Except as expressly stated in these Official Rules, no substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any prize is allowed, but the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for any advertised prize for one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
