WHISKEY SMASH
Ingredients: Fresh Mint, Lime, Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup, Irish whiskey of choice
1. Muddle the mint and lime in a cocktail shaker, top with agave nectar.
2. Use 2 ounces Irish whiskey, top with ice
3. Cover, shake, and pour into glass
4. Garnish with mind and enjoy!
IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients: Fresh brewed hot coffee, brown sugar, heavy cream, Irish whiskey of choice
1.Fill glass with hot coffee until 3/4 full
2. Add 1 tbsp. brown sugar and stir until dissolved
3. Mix in 2 oz. Irish whiskey
4. Top with a dollop of whipped heavy cream and enjoy!
